Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails and follow-ups
Understand client requirements related to GeM and government procurement services
Explain company services in a clear and professional manner
Coordinate with internal teams for service execution and client queries
Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and basic sales documentation
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and service scopes
Support conversion of inbound and outbound leads
Maintain professional relationships with prospects and existing clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in service-based sales or B2B sales
Good verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and client interaction
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
CRM or lead-management experience is an advantage
Preferred Experience
Exposure to GeM, government procurement or consultancy services
Experience in selling professional or compliance-based services
