Urban Retail Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to handle customer coordination, warehouse-related sales activities, and client negotiations. The role requires close interaction with customers and internal warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers regarding warehouse services, storage, and dispatch requirements
Act as a point of contact between customers and warehouse operations teams
Negotiate commercial terms, service charges, and contracts with customers
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship management
Support onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth service initiation
Track customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues
Prepare basic sales and coordination reports using Excel
Mandatory Skills:
Good communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a similar sales or coordination role
Preference for candidates from warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL background
Education:
Graduation in any discipline

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
