Manage assigned key areas (builders, contractors, OEMs, corporate buyers) though inbound and outbound methods
Conduct regular follow-ups, share product updates, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Process inquiries, provide quotations and track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and increase area revenue.
Maintain monthly performance trackers for assigned areas
Liaise with internal teams -- Technical, Logistics, Finance -- to ensure smooth execution.
