1) Primary responsible for Meeting sales goals of the showroom
2) Maintain and Increase Architect base - From the database
3) Maintain and Increase Client base - Following the leads of the FOS (Foot on street) Executive.
4) Closing the perspective enquiries on time by devotionally follow up's
5) To Develop Commercial and Technical understanding of the walk in, pitch the sales accordingly
6) To Build relationships with existing clients and also the new enquiries.
7) Ensure Showroom is well maintained and all materials are on time updated as per the industry standards and demands.
8) To update all reports on time.
9) To share creatives to All the Architects and perspective Leads periodically.
10) To maintain absolute professionalism with Client Focus
