Zoet Dessert is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused
Sales Representatives
to promote our dessert products, increase sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should be energetic, presentable, and passionate about food and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting dessert products
Promote Zoet Dessert offerings, special deals, and new launches
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately
Maintain product knowledge and explain ingredients when required
Ensure cleanliness and attractive display of the store and products
Address customer queries and resolve complaints politely
Coordinate with the kitchen and team for smooth order processing
Maintain sales records and provide daily sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of billing.
Experience in retail, food & beverage, or hospitality is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
