Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through platforms like Just Dial.
2. Qualify and follow up on these leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
3. Understand the client's requirements and provide suitable solutions for Elevator and HVAC services.
4. Engage with potential customers, provide information about the company's services, and close sales effectively.
5. Offer consultations and support to guide customers in selecting the right products and services.
6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure follow-up communication is timely and efficient.
7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
8. Track progress of leads and sales through the CRM system, providing regular updates and reports to management.
9. Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service.
10. Ensure customer feedback is communicated to the relevant teams to improve service offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in inside sales or lead management, preferably in the services industry (Elevator, HVAC, or related fields).
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Ability to close sales efficiently, while providing exceptional customer service.
4. Comfortable working with sales and CRM software to track leads and customer interactions.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
6 .Knowledge of Elevator and HVAC services is a plus, but not required.
