Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and approach potential clients, including real estate developers, architects, consultants, and independent bungalow owners.
Sales Conversion:
Conduct site visits, understand technical requirements, and present customized elevator proposals.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure project satisfaction and secure repeat business or referrals.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on local construction projects and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Negotiation & Closing:
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract signing and payment collection.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preference given to candidates from
Elevator, HVAC, Building Materials, or Construction
industries).
Skills:
Strong negotiation skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to read basic building floor plans.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and [Insert Local Language].
Mobility:
Must possess a personal vehicle for daily client meetings and site visits.
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
