Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives and Resident Sales

Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new

clients, managing dealer and distributor relationships, and driving sales growth. The role

requires extensive travel and offers opportunities to represent Aeroaids across India.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers across industries (B2B industrial and

dealer/distributor sales).

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and

distributors.

?

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

?

Conduct market research and prepare detailed sales reports.

?

Prepare impactful proposals, quotations, and presentations.

?

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

?

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

?

Ensure seamless client servicing, after-sales support, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

?

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

?

2-4 years of proven B2B sales experience (industrial, automotive, paints, coatings, or

related industries preferred).

?

Strong knowledge of sales techniques, account management, and business

development.

?

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

?

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

?

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

?

Flexibility for extensive travel; own conveyance is mandatory.

?

Experience in the aerosol/paint industry is a strong plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
