Job Description

What you will do:



Make phone calls and send emails to potential customers or leads (incoming or outgoing).

Talk to customers, understand their needs, and share basic information about products/services.

Register customer details and follow up on leads.

Coordinate with the sales or marketing team -- pass on good leads, update records, track leads in system.

Help in generating new leads and supporting sales process.

Sometimes assist with simple quotations or basic customer support tasks (if required).

Who can apply (Requirements):



Fresh graduates or any candidate with good communication (English / local language).

Comfortable using phone and email; basic computer knowledge (to record customer data).

Good communication and polite behaviour.

Willing to learn, take instructions, and work in a target-driven team.

Be friendly and helpful when talking to customers.

Work to generate and follow up on leads regularly.

Update call / email follow-ups properly.

Be honest and maintain good conduct while interacting with customers.

Be able to work with minimal supervision and coordinate with team.
