Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in both sales and marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations to close deals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics. Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Marketing Responsibilities



Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, offline). Manage brand positioning, promotional materials, and content creation. Coordinate with design and content teams for marketing collateral. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and industry trends. Manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Monitor marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
