Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with customers through regular phone interactions. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

No Targets Approach:

Embrace a sales environment without the pressure of meeting strict targets. Focus on delivering quality interactions and building genuine connections with customers.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. Assist in the coordination of logistics and delivery, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and market trends to enhance overall business strategy.

Continuous Learning:

No Field Work:
