Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automobile spare parts market.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, fleet owners, workshops, and distributors through remote communication.
Share product details, pricing, availability, and technical specifications with potential customers.
Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales remotely.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Provide timely sales reports and insights to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain product details clearly and handle objections confidently.
Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email communication.
