Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and goal-driven Sales Executives to drive new business, manage dealer/distributor networks, and contribute to the company's growth. The role involves significant travel and provides opportunities to represent the brand across India.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new B2B customers, dealers, and distributors. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and prepare sales reports. Create proposals, quotations, and presentations. Work with the marketing team on sales strategies. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (automotive, industrial, paints/coatings preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively;

own conveyance required

. Experience with aerosol/paint industry is a plus.
