1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and target corporate clients, event agencies, co-working spaces, and MNCs.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and food tastings.
Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
2. Client Relationship Management
Understand client requirements for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, office lunches, and special events.
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
Manage client expectations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
3. Proposal & Menu Planning
Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and menu recommendations.
Work closely with the chef and operations team to align offerings with client needs and budgets.
Ensure accurate costing and profitability.
4. Coordination & Execution Oversight
Liaise with kitchen, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct pre-event walkthroughs with clients when required.
Ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
5. Reporting & Targets
Maintain sales reports, pipelines, and feedback logs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track competitor activities and market trends.

Pay: ₹30,596.18 - ₹40,630.76 per month
