Sales Executive - Hospital Furniture

Reports to:

Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to be a key player in our hospital furniture manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical product knowledge, and a deep understanding of the healthcare procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting dealers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare institutions all over India. Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry events. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, facility managers, procurement officers, and clinical staff. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and after-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product and Market Expertise:

Become a subject matter expert on our entire product line, including patient beds, stretchers, chairs, medical carts, and other specialized furniture. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide tailored solutions. Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to our product development team.

Sales Administration:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to secure profitable deals. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines. Forecast sales and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:



Experience:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to manage a sales territory. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
