We are looking for a proactive, confident, and revenue-driven Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our digital marketing division. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital products, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, Performance Marketing) to B2B clients. Manage the full sales cycle--from lead discovery and outreach to negotiation and closure. Generate leads through online/offline channels while maintaining consistent follow-ups. Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pricing plans. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through strategic selling. Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously nurture prospects. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for proposal creation and project onboarding. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency. Strong English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to close deals confidently and consistently achieve targets. Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals (added advantage). Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
