Job Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service Maintain product knowledge to guide customers accurately Handle billing and POS operations efficiently Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and stock arrangement Participate in sales and promotional activities within the store Meet daily/weekly store service standards Handle customer queries professionally and promptly
Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service Good communication skills in English and Hindi Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer skills for billing operations Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive mindset
