The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting GST Franchisee services, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires a proactive and persuasive individual who can drive sales, meet targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell
GST Franchisee products and services
.
Make
outbound telecalls and telesales pitches
to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions and service information.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Prepare and maintain
daily/weekly sales reports, presentations, and performance updates
for management review.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
? 0-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, financial services, or related domain.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
? Ability to handle client objections and close deals efficiently.
? Basic understanding of
GST, taxation, or franchise models
(added advantage).
? Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
