Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, and making charges.
Ensure proper product display and stock arrangement in the showroom.
Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service.
Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Keep updated with current jewellery trends and new collections.
Follow company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and exchange.
Maintain cleanliness and security of the display counters.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
(preferably in Commerce or Business).
1-3 years of experience
in jewellery or luxury retail sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Basic computer and billing knowledge (POS system).
Fluency in
Hindi and English
(knowledge of local language preferred).
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
