Client management:
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key accounts.
Negotiation:
Negotiate and close sales contracts, proposals, and yearly agreements for room bookings, meetings, and events.
Lead generation:
Actively solicit new leads, re-solicit past business, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordination:
Collaborate with other departments, such as revenue management, front office, and marketing, to align on goals and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Reporting and analysis:
Track sales metrics, report on performance, and analyze market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Customer satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service, which helps drive repeat business.
