Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and close sales.
Present property details, pricing, and features clearly and persuasively to potential buyers.
Assist clients in understanding project details, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Schedule site visits with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Must Have:
Minimum
1 year of experience in real estate sales

Good understanding of the
real estate market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
.
Energetic, confident, and self-motivated
personality.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and close deals effectively.
