- Handle domestic inbound calls
- Promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines to customers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines (preferable)
