ROLE OVERVIEW
As a
Sales Executive
at SK-27, you will be the face of our brand -- guiding potential members through our philosophy of wellness and ensuring each interaction is thoughtful, informed, and engaging.
Your role will blend
sales, client engagement, and brand storytelling
to help people begin their SK-27 journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with walk-ins and inquiries, conduct gym tours, and explain our programs, memberships, and brand ethos.
Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets through new sign-ups and renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members for retention and referrals.
Maintain an organized database of leads and track conversions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Stay updated on fitness and wellness offerings to communicate them effectively.
Assist with small in-studio events or activations related to community growth.
Represent the SK-27 brand tone -- professional, aesthetic, and emotionally warm.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in sales or client servicing (fitness, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- both in English and Hindi.
A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.
Comfort with technology (CRM tools, lead tracking, basic Excel).
Presentable, confident, and emotionally intelligent demeanor.
Ability to meet goals while maintaining brand integrity and warmth.
PREFERRED QUALITIES
Experience working in
premium gyms, wellness studios, spas, or lifestyle clubs.
Understanding of
luxury client experiences
and personalized engagement.
Someone who believes wellness is not just physical, but emotional too.
Empathetic communicator who listens more than sells.
