About the Role:


We are looking for a

dynamic and motivated Sales Executive

to join our team and drive sales of aerospace consumables, parts, and related products. This role offers the opportunity to engage with key customers, develop industry expertise, and contribute to the growth of our organization in the aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Generation:

Identify, engage, and convert potential customers within the aerospace industry.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for sales growth.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

Deliver compelling presentations, address customer needs, and negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.

Order Processing & Coordination:

Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and collaboration with operations/logistics teams.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on aerospace consumables, parts, and industry standards to effectively communicate product value.

Sales Reporting & CRM Maintenance:

Track sales activities, update CRM data, and provide regular reports to management.

Compliance:

Adhere to AS9120 standards and internal quality assurance processes.

Customer Feedback:

Collect feedback on products and services and collaborate with relevant teams to improve offerings.

Experience & Qualifications:



Experience:

0-3 years in Sales / Purchase / Quality within aerospace consumables, engineering products, or related industries. Experience in AS9100/AS9120 certified environments is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Certifications in Sales/Marketing or Aerospace programs are an added advantage.

Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of aerospace products and industry standards CRM proficiency and reporting skills Time management, problem-solving, and team collaboration
