Key Responsibilities:
Handle online sales inquiries and convert leads into successful transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of the latest eyewear trends, products, and brand updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Manage and execute online sales operations efficiently to meet and exceed targets.
Handle customer interactions professionally through various online channels.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest eyewear products, trends, and brand developments.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions
Requirements
Experience:
5-10 years in online or retail sales (experience in eyewear, luxury, or Jewellery industry preferred).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional Skills:
Strong negotiation, customer service, and relationship management abilities.
Personal Traits:
Punctual, proactive, and target-driven with a high level of accountability.
Availability:
Must be flexible to work as per a roster schedule, including weekends if required.
