Role Overview
As a Sales Executive at The BroThing, you'll be responsible for converting qualified leads into premium coaching clients.
Your job is to understand their goals, pain points, and psychology -- then guide them confidently to invest in a life-changing program.
This is not a pushy tele-sales job -- it's consultative, emotionally intelligent, and high-stakes. You'll be speaking with serious prospects who already follow the brand, attend our webinars, and trust our system.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1-on-1 strategy calls with leads from our webinars, ads, and community.
Understand client challenges and position our coaching programs as the best solution.
Build trust, handle objections, and close high-ticket offers over Zoom/phone.
Maintain CRM updates, track follow-ups, and manage your pipeline effectively.
Hit weekly and monthly revenue targets with precision and consistency.
Collaborate with the marketing & operations team to improve lead quality and closing scripts.
Attend weekly sales meetings, report KPIs, and share on-ground insights with leadership.
Requirements
2-5 years of proven experience in
high-ticket service sales
(coaching, consulting, real estate, edtech, or premium memberships).
Strong communication and persuasion skills -- both English & Hindi.
High emotional intelligence: ability to listen deeply and sell through empathy, not pressure.
Comfortable closing deals over phone / Zoom (?30K-?2L ticket size).
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) preferred.
A hunger to grow financially and personally -- this is a results-based role.

Compensation
Base Salary:
?4,00,000 - ?6,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Commission:
10-15% per sale (average ticket ?30,000-?1,50,000)
OTE (On-Target Earnings):
?9,00,000 - ?15,00,000+ annually

Extra bonus for crossing targets (20%+ commission on overachievement)
