We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to promote
personal loan products
through
telephonic and digital channels
. This is a
desk-based role
-- no field visits or client meetings required. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
:
Contact potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or CRM systems.
Understand customer needs and explain personal loan products.
Assess eligibility based on basic inputs and pitch suitable loan options.
Follow up on leads generated through online campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries.
Guide customers through the documentation process digitally.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and productivity metrics.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements
:
0-2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or financial product sales.
Good communication skills in [English + Local Language].
Basic understanding of personal loan products is a plus.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident on phone calls.
Comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
Graduation preferred (but not mandatory for strong candidates).
