Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients regarding PR (Permanent Residency) and Work Permit visas.
Convert provided leads into successful sales by building trust with clients.
Clearly explain immigration services, process steps, and documentation requirements.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients for PR and WP visas.
Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversion.
Maintain daily records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM/system.
Work closely with the counseling team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales / tele-calling / inside sales (immigration experience preferred).
Fresher with good communication skills can also apply for this profile
Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English and Hindi].
Ability to handle objections and work under targets.
Basic knowledge of PR and WP visas will be an added advantage (training will be provided).
Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented mindset.
