Selected Employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle enquiries through walk-ins, telephonic conversations, emails, and travel agents
2. Initiate telesales calls for follow-ups and closure of sales bookings
3. Coordinate with the service team for post-sale processes
4. Maintain a daily sales report
5. Manage enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and regularly send emails on new offers
6. Ensure minimal risk exposure for the organization by conducting all necessary due diligence
7. Attend to customer escalations and resolve them in a timely manner
