Responsibilities

: Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring timely follow-up Counsel and guide students on training programs and career opportunities. Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets through effective counselingCollaborate with the sales & marketing team to improve admission strategies. Maintain accurate student records and prepare regular reports for management. Build long-term relationships with students and ensure positive word-of-mouth referrals
