We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to sell our services and convert leads over the phone. During probation, there will be no fixed salary - only attractive incentives per lead converted. To qualify for the official offer letter with salary + incentives, you must convert at least 1 lead within 3 days.
Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with leads via calls/messages.
Explain services persuasively and close sales.
Achieve monthly targets after confirmation.
Maintain simple call and conversion records.
Requirements:
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Sales/telecalling experience preferred (freshers with good communication welcome).
Target-driven and self-motivated.
