Job Title: Sales Executive - Solar Energy

Location- Faridabad/Palwal/Rohtak/Haryana

Sonipat/Kundli/Bahadurgarh

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Solar Energy division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for solar rooftop and ground-mounted systems.

- Conduct site visits and assess feasibility of solar installations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, partners, and vendors.

- Explain the benefits of solar energy solutions, ROI, and financing options to clients.

- Collaborate with the technical team for customized solutions.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and report regularly on progress.

- Stay updated on solar policies, incentives, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.

- Basic understanding of solar systems (Training will be provided if required).

- Willing to travel within assigned region.

- Own vehicle preferred.
