The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of professional Audio-Visual (AV) products and solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful promotion of AV systems including professional audio equipment, video conferencing solutions, display systems, control systems, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV market (corporates, education, hospitality, retail, entertainment, government projects).
Generate leads through networking, client visits, events, and cold calling.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
Sales & Client Engagement
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with pre-sales/technical team to design system solutions.
Support clients during trials, demonstrations, and installations.
Stay updated on latest AV technologies, products, and competitive offerings.
Market Research & Reporting
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of
professional audio & video products
(speakers, amplifiers, mixers, microphones, displays, projectors, VC systems, digital signage, control systems, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into client benefits.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Electronics, AV Technology, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in
AV/IT/technology sales
(freshers with strong passion for AV may also be considered).
Familiarity with AV brands (e.g., Biamp, Crestron, Powersoft, Void, Bose, Harman, Shure, Sennheiser, Epson, etc.) is an advantage.
Remuneration:
Base Salary: ₹3 - 5 LPA (Depending on Experience and Skills)
Incentives: Target-based incentives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
