Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients within the healthcare sector.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Present and explain healthcare products/services effectively to clients.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) for smooth client servicing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in the health sector
(hospitals, healthcare services, wellness, or pharma).
Strong command of
English communication (written & spoken)

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
