for Sales Executive



Industry Type: Material handling, Warehousing, electrical vehicles Watrana group offers material handling and 3PL services to enterprises and leading businesses. It also offers maintenance services and spares for material handling equipment. The groups of customers include leading enterprises in Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Retail, Food and Beverages, Paper, Glass, Appliances, and other segments. The group enjoys a great reputation and high customer satisfaction among its customers. The Watrana group parts sales group has been offering spare parts for the MHE for over 20 years now. It is proud to offer the spares with prompt delivery and competitive rates. The group is growing looking for a suitable candidate to manage develop business from inactive customers by rekindling the relationship. The group offers good compensation with handsome incentive plans and follows excellent HR practices. The job does require work from the office and does not involve visiting customers.

Responsibilities:

Adequate knowledge related to preparation of quotations & challans or invoices.

Follow ups with customers for payments.

Maintaining Purchase Order or copy of agreement in proper manner.

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.

Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.

The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the following skills:

Proficiency in use of MS Office tools and other IT productivity tools

Able to clearly communicate in English and local languages.

Able to make a convincing presentation.

Set goals with the team and measure its performance on a regular basis.

Maintaining client and team relationships

Maintaining good energy levels during work hours

Ability to negotiate win-win agreements.

Ability to plan ahead

Ability to work independently and as part of a team under business pressure.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Successful track record.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working experience with sales coordinator.

Proven ability to plan and manage resources.

Basic Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment's range

Candidates having or Graduation.
