Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

with experience in selling

interior and home improvement products

such as

wooden flooring, wallpapers, modular kitchens, wardrobes, texture paints, and carpet tiles

. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a proven ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and approach potential customers including homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders. Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, digital platforms, exhibitions, and referrals.

Sales & Client Management:

Understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions from the company's interior product portfolio. Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate features and applications. Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:

Stay updated with latest trends and developments in interior design and product offerings. Promote the unique features and benefits of different products like modular kitchens, wallpaper designs, wooden flooring types, etc.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain records of sales leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools or sales trackers. Coordinate with the design, installation, and logistics teams for timely delivery and execution of orders.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Contribute to overall business growth through proactive market strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in interior products or home improvement industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with the interior design industry and knowledge of product applications. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic digital marketing tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
