Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, outbound outreach, and inbound lead management.
Understand client requirements and present tailored
IT/software solutions
.
Conduct
client meetings, presentations, and product demos
to showcase solutions.
Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Analyze sales and marketing data, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, product information, and client solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships for
upselling, cross-selling, and retention
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
0.6 - 3 years of experience
in Sales/Business Development (IT industry preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
English and Hindi
.
Strong knowledge of
IT services/software solutions
.
Ability to handle client interactions, meetings, and presentations confidently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
Bike and Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
