Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell financial planning products and services. The role involves direct client interaction, financial needs assessment, and offering customized financial solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through field sales and direct marketing.
Understand customers' financial training needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct financial awareness meetings, client presentations, and product demos.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive selling ability and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of financial products (insurance, mutual funds, retirement, etc.).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Candidate must be presentable.
Valid driver's license with owned 2 wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
Must be based in Delhi/NCR for last 2 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
