We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through B2B/B2C channels.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets as defined by the management.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (preferred: event industry, B2B sales, or sponsorship sales).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
