WE NEED A SALES PERSONNEL WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION AND CONVINCING SKILLS.

A sales executive drives company revenue by identifying potential clients, presenting and selling products or services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers. Key responsibilities include lead generation through calls, emails, and networking, conducting product demonstrations, achieving sales targets, managing client data in CRM systems, and providing post-sale support. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the goal of increasing market reach and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identifying potential customers and leads through various methods like cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.

Client & Relationship Management:

Building and nurturing relationships with new clients and maintaining strong connections with existing ones to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

Presenting company products or services, tailoring the pitch to meet client needs, and demonstrating how they work.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to successfully close deals.

Achieving Targets:

Working to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and revenue goals.

Market Research:

Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting & Administration:

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Collaboration:

Working with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

Sales & Negotiation:

Strong negotiation skills to close deals and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
