About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers (B2B/B2C depending on business)
Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective clients
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales principles (training will be provided)
Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
Must be comfortable with field work (if applicable)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?37,348.48 per month
