Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm and cold calls to prospective customers to promote products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and update customer information
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new markets
- Achieve sales targets through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively sell to customers
- Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, technical sales, or a related field
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to conduct warm calling and outbound calling activities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in telemarketing is advantageous
