At Desker Coworking, we're transforming workspaces into luxurious, flexible, and community-driven environments. As we expand rapidly, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to propel Desker to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Drive walk-ins, lead generation, and conversions for coworking memberships and private office spaces
- Establish and nurture a robust pipeline via cold calling, networking, and inbound leads
- Conduct site tours, confidently close deals, and provide tailored workspace solutions
- Maintain CRM entries diligently and ensure timely follow-ups for successful closures
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement effective sales campaigns
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, coworking, or hospitality
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
- Understanding of coworking or commercial real estate industry
- Fluency in Hindi or additional languages is advantageous
