Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing and interest forms Explain our offerings clearly and close

high-ticket course enrollments

Understand customer needs and recommend the right

training solution

Maintain proper records through

CRM

and ensure timely follow-ups Work with

monthly targets

and consistently achieve or exceed them Communicate fluently in

English

and manage objections smartly

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years

of direct sales or telesales experience (preferably in

education, coaching, or service sectors

) Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Familiarity with

CRM tools

and basic computer skills High energy, self-driven, and

target-oriented

professional
