We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and approach potential B2B clients across industries
-Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches
-Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of prospects
-Close deals and consistently achieve monthly targets
-Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
-Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Key Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in any industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency is a must)
-Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
-Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
-Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
-Basic understanding of CRM tools and reporting
