Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and property, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up with clients, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits.

Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties to clients.

Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties accordingly.

Negotiate prices and payment terms with buyers and sellers.

Maintain and update property listings and client databases.

Prepare and manage necessary documents such as sales agreements and contracts.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up to date with the local real estate market trends and competitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
