Key Responsibilities:
Attend and assist walk-in clients at the site/office.
Call prospective buyers from a provided database and respond to incoming leads.
Explain project details including features, pricing, and benefits of the location.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure visit attendance and gather feedback.
Maintain and update lead status in the CRM system.
Handle client queries and objections professionally and effectively.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and closure
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
