Proven experience in Laminate / Plywood Industry/ Hardware Demonstrated success in channel sales, preferably with Dealers, Architects, Builders, and OEMs.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities Roles and Responsibilities - Sales Executive
oRegularly engage with dealers, distributors, and carpenters to promote Dorby laminate products
oConduct product demonstrations and presentations for carpenters at sites or workshops
oHighlight product features, benefits, and usage during interactions
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributor
oIdentify and onboard new dealers & Clients in the assigned territory
oMake a strong presence in untapped and under-served areas to expand market reach
oEnsure regular follow-ups with channel partners for orders and payments
oUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions
oMonitor competitor activities and pricing to stay ahead in the market
oEnsure branding visibility and support at dealer/distributor outlets
oCapture all visit details and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
oSubmit daily and weekly sales updates and visit reports to the reporting manager
oAdhere to the daily norm of 6-8 field visits covering dealers, distributors, and carpenters.
