Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate car rental solutions.
Sales Target Achievement
:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Product Knowledge
:
Stay up-to-date with the latest fleet availability, features, and services offered.
Effectively communicate product information and services to customers.
Marketing & Promotions
:
Develop and implement strategies to promote car rental services and attract new business.
Assist in creating sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
Customer Service
:
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that customers have a seamless experience from booking to vehicle return.
Market Research
:
Analyze competitor services and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve services and sales strategies.
Documentation & Reporting
:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Key Requirements
:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role, preferably in the
car rental
or
automotive
industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for driving sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Basic understanding of the car rental industry, including pricing, rental policies, and vehicle specifications.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in
B2B
and
B2C
sales in a service-driven industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online sales platforms.
