The Role:

As our Sales Person, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and researching potential clients who align with Gray Homez's service offerings.
Client Communication: Engaging with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their design needs and present Gray Homez's capabilities.
Proposal Presentation: Effectively communicating the value proposition of our design services, explaining our processes, and presenting tailored proposals.
Relationship Building: Cultivating strong, lasting relationships with clients, architects, builders, and other industry professionals.
Negotiation & Closing: Guiding clients through the sales process, addressing objections, and successfully closing deals.
Market Insight: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands to refine sales strategies.
Collaboration: Working closely with our design and project management teams to ensure seamless client transitions and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:

Exceptional English Communication: Fluent, articulate, and grammatically sound English, both written and verbal. The ability to express complex design concepts clearly and compellingly.
Proven Sales Acumen: A track record of success in sales, preferably within the design, architecture, real estate, or luxury goods sectors.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: A natural ability to build rapport, listen actively, and understand client needs.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable and confident delivering presentations to individuals and groups.
Self-Motivated & Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Passion for Design: A genuine interest in interior design, architecture, and home aesthetics.
Problem-Solving Skills: Resourcefulness in addressing client concerns and finding effective solutions.
Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
